About Collappor8Our Humble Beginnings
Collappor8 started like most businesses – as a side hustle. The start was shaky as our founding partners built a solid business infrastructure that was scalable. Years of work, templates, contracts, workflows, CRM and accounting set up went into the business before it even had one client. Growing our client base until it was sufficient to support us on a full-time basis. Our Partner Jo Johnston has been full-time in the business since early-2017, with Partner Leah Ostermeyer joining her December 2017.
Our clients are mostly referred by word-of-mouth, referrals from current clients, and directly through our Partners networking efforts. We continue to nurture referrer partnerships, partnering with world-renowned businesses such as Intuit (QuickBooks), Zoho, & Asana. We work across all industries, in all State and Territories, in varying capacities.
Since December 2017, we have tripled in size and challenged our capacity giving rise to sourcing new workers. Today, we significantly work as a virtual business, allowing talented people to work from home, spend more time with their families, or travel anywhere in the world and still get paid.

We’re an experienced team of management consultants. Our experience stems from long careers in Accounting, Banking, Economics, Investments, Operations (including Supply Change) & International business. We have “First Class” financial & management accountants, headed by Leah Ostermeyer, our very own qualified Chartered Accountant. We have business consultants, business analysts, design and project managers headed by Jo Johnston – our very own International Investment Banker and career credit and investment analyst.
Our team has worked for and with some of the largest businesses in Australia, and has untold international experience. It is this experience and know-how that helps businesses achieve operational excellence through forging sustainable links between strategy, resource allocation, operations and people transformations.

Be explicit in detailing our role
in your project or task, setting out in writing what is consider to be our responsibilities and which lie in your hands. We won’t commence any work until we have agreed the distribution of tasks and responsibilities.
Clearly document what is covered by our guarantee.
It will relate mainly to the diagnosis of problems and the recommendations we provide. We may extend the Guarantee to the successful implementation, we may also guarantee quantified cost savings or performance-improvement measures.
Safeguard our own interests
by pausing frequently to ask you to evaluate the contribution we are making. If at any point, you expresses dissatisfaction, we can make adjustments to resolve issues and increase value.
Cut out early.
If it becomes clear that we are simply unable to deliver the value expected by you, we can terminate the consulting relationship. Naturally we will need to comply with your guarantee of returned fees (or of charging no fees).
